Sergio Gregorio is a podcaster, educator, and attorney. Since the 1990’s, Sergio has used media to draw attention to issues of importance to him. As a college student, he served as a production intern for “Straight Talk with George Kilpatrick,” a news and politics radio show, at AM 570 WSYR in Syracuse, New York. In 1995, he hosted a videotaped forum on saving New York City’s Summer Youth Employment Program, which provides summer jobs to low-income youth. In 1999, Sergio hosted “Heart of the Matter,” a public access television show that featured interviews with D.C. politicians and activists. Sergio subsequently worked at the Washington Bureau of the CBS Evening News, where he covered the Justice Department and the United States Supreme Court. In 2019, Sergio narrated and appeared in a nationally televised award-winning PSA regarding Social Security scams.

Sergio has taught graduate courses in ethics, public administration, and business law at several universities. A native New Yorker, Sergio has also taught computer and literacy skills to high school students in Brooklyn.

Finally, Sergio has represented mentally ill and elderly clients in various legal proceedings. Sergio’s  practice areas have included disability, bankruptcy, and personal injury law.

Sergio graduated Phi Beta Kappa from Syracuse University, where he earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in English and a minor in Education. He studied broadcast journalism at the S.I. Newhouse School of Public Communications. Sergio holds a Juris Doctor degree from Howard University School of Law.  He is licensed to practice law in New York and Washington, D.C.
